PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Each business process is planned through a complete Project Management system, which controls the work in synergy with each process of the products and projects started in the company.

All inputs and outputs are centralized through cloud tools which, through the digitization of data and processes, allow the integration of all activities at the corporate level. All digital processes enjoy maximum cybersecurity protection, in accordance with the ISO / IEC27000 standard.

DECARBONIZATION

Since many years, VAL's commitment to the environment has been important, with policies and investments aimed at the use of energy from renewable sources. The area occupied by solar panels has been extended, the gas heating of the premises has been eliminated and greater use of low environmental impact electrical systems has been introduced.

Important investments were also planned for the installation of 'green' plants aimed at the direct internal production of energy for all plants, according to a decarbonization plan aimed at meeting the parameters of the 2015 Paris climate agreement.
