The history of the company begins in 1938, when a young worker, Giovanni Val, (great-grandfather of the current owners) decided to set up his own business in the hot forging of steel, founding his company in Forno Canavese.

A lot of time has passed from its foundation to today, generations at the helm of the company have succeeded and the entire industrial process has undergone continuous and constant innovations. Now, in the second decade of the third millennium, the fourth generation of the Val family has taken over the leadership of Val Giovanni, leading the company to a new innovative step, with the introduction of industrial automation in every business process, according to Industry 4.0 philosophy.

Val Giovanni, today, is a company at the cutting edge of technology, certified for the highest quality standards (click here to find out about our certifications) and active in various sectors with products from 3 to 500kg.
Any business process is planned through a complete Project Management system, which controls the synergistic work of each process of the products and projects started in the company.
All inputs and outputs are centralized through cloud tools which, through the digitization of data and processes, allow the integration of all activities at the corporate level.
